It's a nice complex and I enjoy how conveniently located it is. Nick is great.
Rent increase
Have lived here 1 year. New management took over and rent has increased astronomically, and the new rates do not match the actual value of the apartment. Tony in maintenance is great. Always kind, accommodating, and will respond to work orders same day (which is hard to find elsewhere).
