Way too overpriced unless you prefer second-hand amenities and the smell of weed everywhere.

Management is garbage, tenants are noisy and trashy, amenities like the pool and dog park are bad (water is filthy, if the pool is even open). Apartments themselves are not worth the price.

It's 2023 and I'm paying 1200$ for a 2 bedroom with no in unit washer and dryer. I have no porch, a 20 year old ac and a 30 year old dishwasher. If you find that to be of value I highly recommend getting with reality
