It was a good place to live. The pool only opened for a week. But other than that. They were a nice community to live in.

I would strongly NOT recommend living here based on my experiences. Also advise being EXTREMELY suspicious of any positive things you see/hear, as Village Green Property Management is offering $350 to any residents who successfully refer a new tenant. During my time living here, that reward has been as high as $700. They have also left goodie bags on our doorsteps with notes inside encouraging us to leave positive reviews. Specific problems I have experienced are: -I was not informed before moving in that the covered car parking had been knocked down & not been rebuilt. Then, I was billed 4 months for use of car ports that did not exist. I had to notify management of the issue 3 times before it stopped happening. Construction of a new structure did not begin until this January, only to abruptly stop with the workers abandoning unfinished scaffolding & piles of materials that left much of the parking lot unusable. The structure & materials are still there as of July 31st, 2024 despite my having informed management over a month ago that unsupervised children were using them to construct bicycle jumps & seesaw-like springboards. -For over 3 weeks, there has been a shattered window at the main entrance to one of the residence buildings & an adjacent exterior lamp has been ripped from its mountings & left hanging by exposed wiring. Both pose ongoing risks to residents and yet no repairs have yet been made, nor access controls implemented to keep people from using this entryway until the conditions have been remedied. -The pool wasn't opened for this year until July 22nd and was abruptly closed again "until further notice" on July 29th with no indication given as to when it would be reopened. -A large portion of the parking lot frequently floods with several inches of water when it rains and can take days to dry up. -Despite all this, management just raised my rent by $75 month and was extremely difficult to work with during the lease negotiation process

Its a fairly decent apartment complex albeit expensive, the value doesnt directly express the actual cost but it gets the job done

Nice place and usually pretty quiet. I like the setup. Maintenance is superb, though I rarely need them. Management is responsive to residents. 100x better than the place I lived previously.
