Pets allowed. We are excited to welcome your pets at Summer Ridge upon approval! Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We have a dog park located next to an outdoor sitting area with grill. Summer Ridge also provides pet waste stations located throughout the community for your convenience. There is a one-time $275 pet fee which covers up to two pets, and pet rent is $30/mo for one pet and $45/mo for two pets. We do not have a weight limit for dogs, but our breed restrictions include: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Bullmastiffs, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, and German Shepherds, Wolf Hybrids, and Pit Bulls *(including all Pit Bull Breeds: American Pit Bull Terriers, American, or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeauxs, and Fila Brasileiros). We also allow cats, dogs, fish, and birds with prior approval from the leasing office. We do not allow exotic pets of any kind. Fees do not apply for service animals.

We are finishing up our first year at Summer Ridge and we have really liked it. The aparment we have has been great. The biggest compliment to this area is the maintenance staff, they are so quick to get things done and always kind. This has been a big highlight of our stay. The downside are neighbors with dogs who don't clean up after thier pets specifically in the back of the apartments. Otherwise, we have enjoyed our time here!

We have lived here for 6 1/2 years and it's been great. ?? Love the wood burning fireplace ????, maintenance is on it- every time, office personnel is awesome, always nice and extremely helpful. Washer/dryer in Apt. We have a view of the woods and we are always amazed at the wildlife we see- deer, birds, squirrel, rabbit, coyotes.....ect. ?? Great place to live!!! ?????? Also wheelchair assessable, and handicap parking. Outdoor pool, workout room and Amazon hub near office. ?? Great place to live.

We love living at summer ridge. Its a quiet community and everyone respects each other. Although there are parks near by I do wish there was a playground for children. I would recommend this apartment to friebds and family.
