Attending to renter's needs

This issues I have had concerns with related to maintenance, are always dealt within a good time frame. Our maintenance personnel seem very knowledgeable and professional. When this is C19 issue is over, I would like to buy them a beer.

New donwsized home

We are very happy with our move to Drake's Pond Apartments. For a large community it is very calm and quiet. The staff is very helpful and responsive to our needs. The living area is spacious and the storage in closets is amazing.

Great place to live at!

I really enjoy living here at drakes pond. It's a nice place to live at and i enjoy the gym and pool both indoor and outdoor. I feel very safe living here and a great part of town to live in. There are plenty of parking spaces all over for residents and guests. The apartment are really nice And look great! Madison is great in the office!!

Great Place

We lived there for about 2 years and enjoyed our time there. Very responsive staff and maintenance, when needed. We were also thankful for our neighbors in building #5, very friendly and courteous. We would recommend taking a look at Drakes Pond for anyone that is in the market for a place to call home...
