I love the location but the parking isn't enough for everyone in the bldg. There isn't any storage in the townhouse either. I've been her 7 years & parking & kids running all over unsupervised is much worse..

I've lived here 5 yrs now. The noise is better, more quiet. So close to shopping, restaurants, highways, sand downtown too. I wish there was more to do here but we don't have a pool, gym, or even walking paths. I pray some day they get those here. There are some very friendly neighbors, & some that just like privacy. Maintenance staff are knowledgeable and nice, as are the manager & secretary in the office. Plenty of parking & cats & dogs are allowed with a monthly fee. Most rooms are adequate for the number of people in the townhouse, it just depends on how many you like in 1 room. There's 1 thing that's not good is there is not enough storage space at all. Otherwise its a nive place to live.

This could be a nice place but the Grounds aren't kept picked up, there litters with papers & bottles, & candy wrappers from kids. Not to mention cigarette buts from ??? Most play there music way to loud as they drive through the complex either going or coming home. Sometimes just sitting in their vehicle. Its very loud on weekends when they know there's know one here to report them to. The buildings need to be power washed & the bushes cut & trimmed regularly, which they are not! There needs to be some kind of Fence or barrier between a Savannah Trace & Hickory Hills(?). People from one can just use either "yard" to walk their dogs, let kids play on or whstever. Another thing the kids here are NOT supervised by their parents. Some are most are not! Thank You. The 1 thing I can say is, the tent is slightly lower here than other places, but that's because of the lack of everything mentioned above. The STAFF including the Manager are very nice.
