The smell of smoke and fire alarms are a significant problem. Management has done nothing to remedy this. Even a solution as simple as closing the fire doors or placing an air freshener in common areas.

We have lived here for many years - first on the 20th floor and now on 21. The apt on 21 is very small and there is minimal storage space; however, we have made the adjustments. The staff is excellent - I really appreciate Monica as the property manager - she is always available and is extremely helpful always.
