The neighbors are very loud at time as late as 4-5 am. I work second shift sometimes mandated into 3rd for 16 hour shifts. So it can be anonoying trying to sleep and all that ruckus is being caused.

I have lived here for a year in June. Element will be the first property I have ever decided to renew my lease with. The layout of my home is beautiful and I love that it is so close to stores like Walmart, Target, and Meijer. Maintenance is always on top of their game here, I have needed emergency maintenance twice both being on sundays and one late at night.

I love my little home.. moved in june 4th 2024 after looking for places for months. My partner and i had 2 complexes in mind. The first one didnt give us a fair chance because of our age but we had looked at element previously and fell in love. I will say my upstairs neighbor bangs on her floor when we play music, we try to respect her as much as possible but the walls are thin. Overall it’s beautiful in the C building and maintenance is always respectful of our place and kitties. I love it here and plan to stay put for a while.
