In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

The rent is to high for what you get. The neighbors are loud and rude. The no smoking is a joke. Kids run wild with no control from parents. This place is NOT worth the cost, run dont even think about living here. If there is problems management says call the police so they do t have to deal with the issue. State’s microwave and wasn’t one. The washer and dryer need to be updated. No ac so it’s really hit in the summer. One washer and dryer per building definitely not enough for the number of apartments.

I dont mind living here, i just dont like paying so much to live in a one stop-light town. there is no grocery store, (and no, family dollar dont count) and no other forms of transportation available!!! and now, there is no pharmacy. still, we are charged almost $900/mo!!! its crazy!!!

Not bad experience just wish maintaice was better been waiting 1 year and 2 months for my window screens to be fix and my window latch to be replaced since I moved in and they remodeled before I moved in and haven't fixed it yet. Even at my yearly inspection was noted not done yet

its not bad living here. just wish there were benches to sit on on the grounds, and a place to tie my dog up, so we could sit outside when the weather is good.
