The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Maintenance Nightmare

Move in conditions unclean. Maintenance is non existent as several units are left with unfixed issues even after reporting it and a work ticket is supposedly been placed. Things previous tenants have damaged are scabbed together literally. Their philosophy of fixed is to put some more screws in it apparently. Patchwork on the walls look like abstract art because they are so obvious and I matching from the knockdown texture. You still have to sand your patch fellas and at least attempt to match the existing wall. Carpets were horrendous upon move in as well as the kitchen. Literally scrubbed for a week after being handed the keys. Carpet filth looked like black coffee even after they shampooed the carpets as they claim. All these issues and they jacked the rent up by 25%. Perhaps they can use the additional rent to hire a handyman service to maintain this place properly. There are plenty of cleaning services out there that could properly turn the units over as well so they can be move in ready for new tenants. The stress of moving is enough. They could do so much better really.
