Great community living, managed by a first class company!

We were looking for a nicer community that would allow us to still have some level of privacy after down sizing from a larger home and yard until we are ready to move out of state in a year or so. This met our needs and them some. Aspen Lakes is a wonderful place to live - the community neighborhoods are beautiful and well maintained, staff is very friendly and helpful and there are some great amenities, including two really nice pool areas and a club house with a billiards table. If you ever have any maintenance issues, the response/resolution rate is extremely fast. They also stock really high quality dog poop bags at discreet stations throughout the property (for those who have dogs, these are the best we've ever used). And based on the recent snow storm we had, they do an excellent job keeping roads, driveways and sidewalks plowed and sanded - even early in the mornings. I can honestly say they do a better job than I expected maintaining the grounds - summer or winter.

I was having great difficulty in getting logged in to Aspen Lake homes website. I told Kendra about my issue and she got right on to it and stayed with it until the issue was resolved and made sure that I was able to log in .You don't often see that type of dedicated effort these days I really do appreciate it.Kendra really went above and beyond I'm so thankful.

A Beautiful Home in a Great Community

We recently were relocated to Michigan from out of state and were not at all familiar with the area and its surrounding communities. Kendra and others on staff at Aspen Lakes went out of their way to provide us with community information in addition to that of what aspen lakes had to offer. Not only were they professional and accommodating they offered many different types of homes to suit many different needs. We eventually settled on one of the New Aspen Lakes Homes and we Absolutely Love EVERYTHING about it! Kendra and Crew have made us feel welcome and comfortable in our new home. The amenities are wonderful, open at convenient hours and we really enjoy the Starbucks coffee and sweet treats in the Club House! We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this community everything about it is GREAT!
