Aspen Lakes is highly appreciated by residents for its beautiful and well-maintained community, which provides a sense of privacy despite downsizing. Renters enjoy the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the fast response to maintenance issues. The property offers excellent amenities, including two nice pool areas, a clubhouse with a billiards table, and convenient dog stations. Residents also appreciate the high-quality dog poop bags provided. The property management does an outstanding job maintaining the grounds, especially during snowstorms, ensuring that roads, driveways, and sidewalks are promptly cleared. Additional perks such as Starbucks coffee and treats in the clubhouse further enhance the living experience.
