Charging residents to park in a pothole-filled parking lot is absolutely unreasonable. We recently received notice that tenants along with their visitors will now be required to pay for parking. This is unacceptable, especially considering the condition of the lot. It's hard to understand how management can justify adding fees when basic maintenance hasn't even been addressed. To make matters worse, this seems to be the only place in Holland where residents are expected to pay to park in their own apartment complex. If you're looking for a place that values and takes care of its tenants, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
