My only real complaint is all the rental cars parked everywhere, and all the driveways open. If you have a driveway, park in it, if you have multiple vehicles then should be able to have a space and not all these rental cars taking up extra parking. Great location, quiet area, good management, fast maintenance. For being modern townhome, the appliances aren't up to date with the times. Small refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher that doesn't dry dishes. Again, many positives as maintenance is fast, management is very polite and helpful, and the area is great.
