Good but could use some love

Great location. Fraser has everything you need, even a par 3 golf course. Management is mostly receptive and responds promptly even if you don’t like the answer. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Most tenants appear to keep to themselves. The actual units are pristine on the inside. The entrance ways and hallways have been neglected for some time - chipped paint and peeling wallpaper. The buildings need some attention and love. Fire pits and grills are not permitted on your deck/patio. They offer communal grills in the center courtyard. 1 washer and 1 dryer in the basement for 12 apartments. I have a marijuana smoker in my building that I’ve been dealing with. The odor comes through the door (bad seal on door) and HVAC system. Management has been unable to resolve the nuisance for over 2 months as of the writing of this review. I had to complain to the city. There is a pool, but I’ve never used it. My thoughts are that it is like sharing a bath with 300 people. I would feel that way at any apartment complex with a pool.
