Nice Place

Close to businesses so you can walk to Walmart. Landlord is very nice, and although they are not fancy they are very spacious apartments. Neighbors are very nice with a mix of seniors, families, and singles: we never have trouble. Have been here a year, and planning to stay.

Great Location/Pet Friendly

This is a great location in Fowlerville. We haven't lived there long, but the other tenants are very nice and respectful. It can be a bit noisy, because it is a pet friendly community. Not any amenities to speak of and the apartment is pretty basic. But it is very spacious, and having a laundry space in the apartment is a great plus. We plan on staying and I would recommend to others. Especially if you are a dog owner--this is definitely the place to be.
