There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Nice enough for the money.Local shopping is close. Medical and pharmacies are in close proximity .

I have lived in Yorkshire apartments for 8 years and thr staff and maintence are wonderful. Prices are comparable but also frustrating with the amount of increase in remt every year. As a tenet that oays remt every month for seceral years and has had no issues, would hope to have less of a rent increase.
