Good value, few amenities

Moved in a few months ago, staff has been helpful and friendly but at times will take a long time to get back to you. The place is relatively quiet and laid back, neighbors are friendly, but no real amenities are offered here. There is always enough parking which is a positive and I feel that the rent is fair.
