After living here for ~8 months, I highly recommend this property! The units are nice and spacious, the property is well kept, and the staff & maintenance team are friendly. The maintenance team is actually really quick to respond. This would be a 10/10 property if it had a fitness center of some kind.

Pay over $2000 a month and the bathroom smells like sewer. The weeds just got cut down at the end of the summer. They use cheap mulch and do not replace it every year. Trash is all over the complex.

I am disappointed that no upgrades have occurred, and interior and exterior maintenance issues have not been addressed in a timely manner. However, rent increases annually. This is no longer where I want to live.
