Collingwood is a great location, except for the train tracks right behind it, and that's about all it's good for. DTN is clueless when it comes to anything to do with the property, they ignore maintenance requests, and inconvenience you on a regular basis. Mold in the basements, one laundry facility in the whole property, cover ups with paint over blatant code violations, and filthy units upon move in. They will take your money but do anything they can to avoid the responsibility of maintaining the property.

I've lived here since September. It's convenient to the Grand River bus, parking is easy, and the location on the Red Cedar is really pleasant. Inside, it's a little more basic and dated than what you'd gather from the photos, but still pretty nice.
