Never live DTN

they are slimeballs that don't care about you as a resident and only care about money. No matter the problem you have, they will do absolutely nothing to help you fix it and by their negligence of not helping you they will end up charging you complete bullshit

Good For Price

For the price you pay its not a bad place to live. Right nect to campus so easy to walk or bike, enough space for 2 people to live in and has volleyball and a pool/hot tub. Walls are a bit thin but overall solid place.

I have really enjoyed living at Capitol Villa the past few years! The location and amenities are awesome and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I have!
