Great experience overall!

Ever since we have moved in we have absolutely loved it! The staff is quick to respond and are so kind and helpful, so is the maintenance, they are on-top of everything for the most part! It is also relatively quiet even being next to Old 127, of course it get the occasional noise with the neighbors but overall it is quiet and everyone respects the quiet hours 10pm-10am. Also super conveniently located, there are many food options and stores within a 2 min drive and a 10 min walk.

I find since family member has stepped up yo the plate, issues are easier to deal with!

Location is great, staff is professional and friendly. Parking is great. Snow and ice get removed in a timely manor

Marginal

Maintenance is always on top of things and i have had no complain with the staff. I understand prices increase based off market value but for what I pay, i don't think its worth it. The policy if canceling a lease prematurely is rather absurd as well. I could see one months rent fee, but two is ridiculous as well as requiring someone to continue to pay rent. So i would say that the policies are ridiculous but the staff is what I find the most enjoyable.
