I have a studio apartment, so not much to really say there. Its typically quiet. I can’t get back and forth from place to place easily. Not only that if I decide to move to another location and they own those apartments i can move there without the hassle of registering and that is a plus.

Great place to live!

I have been living in apartments owned by this company for over three years now, and in Hubbard for over a year. I have to say, this building has been one of my favorite places to live for the price point. Maintenance is timely, the property manager Nicole is super helpful and available for any questions or concerns you may have. The area is pretty quiet, but parking is street only and that makes it a bit of a challenge (unless you want to pay for a parking spot behind the building, where there is only three spots available). Overall, I really enjoy living here!

Hubbard Manor Review

Lived here for a little over a year, management was great, all in all a pretty nice place to live! Here's a few things I disliked though - - heat was 10 TIMES higher than expected without warning or compensation and inconvenient locations within the unit - the front door (and honestly all of the doors) being so heavy - no screens in the windows - lack of counter space - lack of outdoor sitting space Thank you!
