Most convenient place to be
Fairlane Meadow is the most convenient place to be, given that there are several supermarkets restaurants and stores just behind it. The staff is pretty awesome too and Meadows has all the standard amenities like the swimming pool, two tennis courts, a gym, a badminton court. Everything is well maintained would definitely recommend it to anyone. The pricing option is also pretty competitive compared to other housing apartments nearby, so definitely a go for!

Amazing Living Experience
It’s been 6 months I am living here and it feels great!
Convenient and Luxurious
Meadows is located at a very convenient location, very near to target, walmart, Burlington, best buy abd several other outlets making it very convenient for people especially students to get groceries and stuff easily without car. The apartments are lush and come with good amenities, they are maintained pretty well and the maintenance crew is always Prompt and eager to help. The gym is pretty decent compared to other localities with sauna, makes it an ideal place for daily routine workout goals. Two swimming pools, a badminton court and two tennis court and plenty of space for morning and night walk definitely feels more like a resort. Witb decent rates in shared apartments I believe this is an affordable option for students, families and relocated working professionals as well. Would highly recommend it.
Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, but Room for Improvemen
Overall, my experience at this apartment complex has been positive. One of the major advantages of this apartment is its great location. It is situated near major expressways, making it easy to commute to work or explore the city. The staff at Fairlane Meadows were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. Ample parking is available, providing a secure place for vehicles. However, there are a couple of aspects that could use improvement. Firstly, the unnecessary trash valet service that we are required to pay for seems redundant, considering there is a dumpster located right across from my unit. It would be more cost-effective and practical to eliminate this service. Additionally, as a pet-friendly unit, the choice of carpeting is less than ideal. Hardwood floors would have been a better option, as they are easier to keep clean, fresh, and pleasant smelling. Furthermore, the gym facilities are basic and could benefit from more equipment and variety. During my stay, I noticed that the treadmills were not functioning properly, which was disappointing for someone looking to maintain a regular exercise routine. The outdated appliances also need attention. While they function adequately, updating them to more energy-efficient models would enhance the overall living experience. Lastly, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side, considering the issues with the gym equipment and outdated appliances. It may be worth exploring other options with more competitive rates. Despite these areas for improvement, this apartment complex still offers a comfortable and convenient living space. The positives, such as the location, friendly staff, and ample parking, outweigh the negatives. I would recommend it to others seeking a decent living space in this area, while keeping in mind the mentioned drawbacks.
