It's a Great place to live. Rent could be a little lower and also, the lines need to be repainted in the parking lot areas all over the complex. Other than that, I would highly recommend Fairlane East as a Great Place to live. The people in the office are really nice and thorough. I give Delores the highest rating you could give anyone.

They do not value long time residents. Appliances are old. Tile is old. No updates. Not worth the monthly rent.
