Great place to live the management is great everything about this place is great
Not so great
I have been living here since 2019 and I will say that management has changed about 3 times and maintenance is horrble. I lived here for about five years for the convenience. But they should really consider adding additional washer and dryers to the buildings having 1-1 and 8 apartments is crazy, fixing the main doors for extra security they have been broken since a month after i moved here, cleaning the hallways daily including the carpert every few months or as needed. This complex definitely needs better follow up. They never return calls or answer the phone. And when they do the staff are typically rude and very insensitive to your situation. Once I move I would never come back here!

I have been here for almost 10 years. We have had 3 different owners. I understand that each owner is going to handle things a little different however, everything should not just benefit the property owner and inconvenience the tenant . When I moved here my 2bd rm lease included (1) cover parking parking spot, use of pool/ activity center, (1)storage unit in my building with washer and dryer onsite. The rent has increase exponentially($200) the covered parking now has to be paid for, the storage unit cannot be used and there is 1 non working washer and dryer for 8 units. The pool that is finally open(Closed 2020-2023) now requires a wrist band that needs to obtained from the leasing office but, they are never there or do not answer the phone. Unacceptable! For $1200 a month I want to see somethings happening with me in mind.
