I have been a resident of Country Squire Apartments for eight years. The condition and maintenance standards of the community are not what they were when I first moved in. Several maintenance jobs in my unit were started but never completed. I have made multiple attempts to follow up both in person and through the online portal, yet there has been no proper follow-through. This ongoing lack of response is unacceptable. As a paying resident, I expect timely and complete repairs. I have requesting immediate attention to the unfinished maintenance work in my unit and a clear timeline for completion. Nothing, it's not what it use to be.

Current management is very personable and listen to the resident objectively. Only complaint I have is was very long for the repairs on my building after the apartment fire in Building #6. I expected them to adjust the rent after waiting for months on Renovations. My overall experience is satifactory with current management.

I moved into Country Squire in 2015. The owners/management company at the time weren't the greatest but, the property was very well kept. Lawn was manicured always, pool was open and clean, snow removal was always timely if you put in a maintenance request you could count one a follow-up withing 24hrs. As time went on apartment management went through several changes and the property went down and has been on a decline. My biggest concern is the timeliness of a response from the front office for anything. I should not have to call, email and stop by(they're hardly ever in office) to get in touch with someone concerning issue with my unit. It cost to live here a pretty penny it is not cheap. I don't mind paying but, give me the accommodations and the amenities that I pay for. These apartments have 8 unit per building why is there 1 washer and 1 dryer for an 8 unit building and the one available does not work efficiently. It was not always this way I really loved where I stayed but, I no longer like it.
