I’ve been living here going on 5 years and my rent go up every year but no updates to the outdated kitchen or bathroom. I am currently paying $500 more a month than i was paying when i first moved in.

I have to be honest this will be my 3rd time coming back to live here at the Stratford place apartments, so I clearly 'loved' it here. I feel management has changed but not for the good. I love the assistant manager, Shelia she has been here for a LOOOOONG time and is very kind to her tentents. When my husband and I moved back last year our apartment was so gross and hadn't been checked before we moved in. The only thing they offered was to move us to another unit after we already had all of our DTE and everything in that unit. I know what excellence is from this place and so far, being back this time around is not! The parking lot is not shuffled all the way and also the walkways are not shoveled either. The fact that we had to wait 3 days for somewhere to come and fix our heat this past weekend was insane! Coldest weekend! I feel if I ask for money off my rent to compensate having to not have heat, I would be told now because it feels like the property manager does not care about her tentents. I am very sad at how things are running currently, and I really hope something gets done about this soon.

Nice peaceful place to live. If you are loud and problematic dont move out here where it’s peaceful! The whole reason i moved from the D was to get away from all that!

The rent increase is incredibly high. Theres no trash pick up service and there are not bbq grills allowed for the proce of rent. The space is fine but theres always something in the apartment thats rushed and when we call for maintenance it is over looked or questioned. Overall the apartment is okay.
