Before new ownership has come in, I would have never recommended this place to anyone but I appreciate the improvements that new ownership is making to make this place better.

I have currently lived at Huntington House Apartments for 8 years. Essential Property Management are the first owners to implement complete Property renovations! The Manager Aadam is very assertive and entirely helpful and accommodating. Higher up on the chain of command is Brittany. I had a bathroom issue, and she had contractors out and the repairs completed the same day! Thank you Addam & Brittany foe all of your diligence and assertiveness! You both rock!

Maintenance doesn’t fix anything no one is the leasing office doesn’t do anything the walls are very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors conversations fully and clearly.

Huntington house apartments is the best apartment I've been in, very spacious apartments, 2 pools, and a wonderful work staff. I've really been able to call my apartment home here, and honestly don't think that I'll be moving
