Roomy but...

The apartments are very spacious but unfortunately the walls are not as thick as they seem you can hear a lot of what's going on in other people's apartments smoking withe cigarettes or marijuana is not enforced to use not enforced so you smell that easily through your apartment even though you don't smoke parking spots are very hard to get to on the weekend. The staff is not as courteous as they sing when you 1st come and I rarely help when you need it. 2 out of 5 stars.

Overpriced

I enjoy living here overall but I do think they overcharge for amenities that are included at the property. Amenities that aren't always available for us to use. We have a gym, but can't use it past 10pm, it used to be 24hours with our key fob access, now our key fobs don't work and it's taken them 2+ years to get another key fob company to come out. The pool is only open till 5pm in the summer because they couldn't find a security company to work with. So if you have a job, you can forget about getting in the pool after a long day of work. We also can't use the fire pit if security isn't there to turn on the gas. So basically we move here for all of these amenities that catch our eye, but then we are told that we can't even use them. Rent needs to be decreased at this point, or hire an overnight secruity guard that is trained on how to turn the gas on and off and move the gym back to 24 hours and have the pool open till at least 10pm this is false advertisement!!!

Review

Love the location. Over complex is very nice to live. Maintain has improved since I’ve moved in. Only thing I don’t like is that I’m kind of far from the clubhouse to enjoy the pool and gym.
