Review of trilogy been here 2 years

The apartments are pretty spacious if you live alone like me. Good for a single person or small couple or a family of two. If you have a big dog they accept them. It’s mostly quiet never has a noise problem, office staff is very nice accept a newer lady she’s kind of rude. I pay about 900 for a one bedroom that’s with water and trash about 850 w/o. They say it’s market rate but idk seems really high for a one bedroom when people pay mortgage for houses at considerably lower prices. They have really high late fees so if your late it’s 50 bucks a little more another 100 bucks and if they have to file court costs it’s about 160 so be on time because you’ll really be behind and be paying half your rent in late fees. The hallways are never cleaned in the winter, salt stains for the whole season not a big deal to me but sometimes company makes mention of it and say there’s hallways are cleaned twice daily for the price we pay that would be nice. For awhile I couldn’t use the gym do to a broken door which was a bummer and homeless people were caught sleeping in the gym after hours so that’s kind of scary. Get a free carpet clean at lease renewal but they didn’t do a great job will probably pay for my own they did it in 10minute and no stains were removed lol. The clubhouse will really sell you and is probably mostly why the rent is high. It’s nice to use but u don’t use it often
