Gets worse after you sign a lease
The staff was friendly and helpful while trying to get us to sign a lease, but as soon as we did, they became harassing/unhelpful/rude and had maintenance staff entering our apartment without notice or permission. This seems to be a widespread issue, and concerning to those of us with pets/kids/who simply dont want a stranger standing in their living room. They also have constant construction going on. It's very loud, the workers yell to each other, basically carrying on like there is nobody around to bother, while standing on your patio. Definitely needs some staff coaching. The buildings are also prone to mold znd other humidity damages, such as cracking paint and warping wood. They try to charge residents for this, so be very cautious to collect move in/move out walk through photos/videos for evidence. Decently high odds you'll have to take them to court if you dont want to pay for their renovations.
