Its going pretty good, all the door knobs are loose and paint is chipping everywhere but its a great spot.

decent price and value

Maintenance is quick and efficient. The staff is polite and understanding. My property, in particular, is of decent value for the price. I appreciate that the apartment was clean upon move-in and the carpet was new. The neighborhood is loud sometimes, but the location is excellent and I like living alone.

Living on Mary

I am a very new resident but so far feel like my apartment is well worth the value. Once you have roommates to share the rent with it becomes much more manageable and everything falls into place. There were several other properties with more utilities and amenities but even my apartment feels like a good deal with amenities and utilities. The location is amazing and if people aren't fans of walking to campus there are two extremely comnvienty located bus stops near our apartment as well. I am loving it so far.
