It was convenient for classes at the university

good house, parking issues.

The house has been great; however, the parking situation has been nightmarish. My entire house had our cars towed erroneously during fall break because of an oversight from management. Because none of us were in the city, we could not retrieve our cars which incurred additional fines. While we were reimburst, several hours were wasted waiting for the towing company which is time that we can't get back and negatively impacted our studies. We had exams the following days and could not study at the towing lot because duh.
