Great apartment for the price. I love all the natural light and its decently spacious. Only issue is that its at the intersection of busy roads so its very noisy.

Great amount of space in a great location for the price. Have to go outside for laundry and no dishwasher, but everything else is great!

been living here for a few years. neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is almost all undergrads, so there's lots of partying which i don't mind. I do mind the amount of times strangers enter my home for checks or whatever. the mail is a real big problem and the front entrance too.
