Just re leasing

I am excited to move into 1011, however, I am frustrated that there is not even basic cleaning services for the re lease. We pay a massive amount of money for the rent which you are increasing by 10% year over year. I think that it is reasonable to find a small amount of your margin to put into basic cleaning maintenance for the house.

Overpriced but good

The house is great. I do feel it is overpriced. The home is nearly 130 yrs old and looks like it. The rent is absurd but location is nice.
