I have lived in this building for 3 years and would recommend it to any students looking for housing who do not want to live in a large house with many people. The location is great because of how close it is to the main bars and campus. Parking and laundry are a bonus as well.

I have lived in an apartment managed by Oxford for 3 years and they are great for the most part. The unit is a great value for the location near campus. The maintenance staff is super helpful and kind. The parking lot is not optimal, but it still works.
