We have reoccurring mold growing in our ceiling and that has been made clear in the maintenance requests, but a guy just shows up with a bleach spray bottle and a rag rather than looking for the source. He also never says a thing to us, and hurries in and out. Wondering if the mold will ever be truest fixed

Constantly have to fight to park in the parking lot of my building cause there isn't enough space and people constantly have visitors over. There needs to be visitor parking!!!! And our unit is covered in mold that never gets properly taken care of. maintenance will come quickly clean it with bleach but it returns the next month. We have complained about it just about every month since moving in 2 years ago.

We were excited to move in because of the amenities (pool, gym, rec room), but unfortunately the staff puts very strict rules in place so it makes it nearly impossible to use most of them. I understand that the rules were made because of Covid, but it's unfortunate that we still get charged full price when we're not given what we signed up for. If we decide to renew our lease for another year, I will be insulted if they raise the rent price given that they have not provided us, and all of their tenants, with the amenities listed.
