We only live here because we cant afford anywhere else. Portal payments are not straight forward and most policy standards are inconsistant and unforgiving

The water hammers the roofs leak, the siding is rotting, the water pressure doesnt maintain, the water goes cold every 15 minutes. They tow your car if it sits in one place too long, maintenance wreaks like cigarettes. Trash blows all over the property, not enough dumpsters. The list goes on and on. They take advantage of us knowing we have no other choice.

Hello, we are happy to sign another reasonable lease agreement starting us on our 11th. year here at Yarmouth Pointe Apartment Homes. There have been so many improvements, let's hit the highlights. New rigid insulation, energy efficient windows, doors, storm doors and vinyl siding. The parking lots have been re-paved, with ample Handicap Parking, Tennant Spaces and Visitor Parking as well. The New Office and Clubhouse are so well done, it's beautiful yet comfortable. The New Halogen Lighting on the buildings and at the right places throughout the community making access to the stores here on Rt.1, exercise walks and dog walking access to most of the property. The New State of the Art Gym is much appreciated and well cared for as is the entire Yarmouth Pointe Complex. The Office Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, I find that a big plus! As for the Maintenance Technicians, well they have a grasp of any of the issues that might arise. Under Mike's guidance, the Repairs are quick and made as convenient to the tenant, as possible. The Snow removal has been exceptional, over the past few years, again with Mike, Chris and the "guys" working hard to cleanup any storm. In addition, they have an Excellent reputation in response to Emergencies, 24/7. So you can see why I'm happy to sign another lease here at Yarmouth Pointe Apartment Homes. Thank you, Michael.
