Good place to live no noise and good staff

I always get the help needed & neighbors are wonderful

My apartment is the only access for my building’s water pump. I’ve had maintenace show up to enter ny apartment without 24 hours notice multiple times. I work overnight and have been woken up multiple times to knocking on my door. The maintenace staff person is nice and once had my landlord call me before he entered because he remebered when I told him I work overnight and would appreciate some notice before entry. I understand that emergencies can happen and that everyone has a job to do. That would be one area of improvement I would suggest. Otherwise, I have no major complaints. My neighbors can be noisy, but that doesn’t bother me. Snow plowing and trash removal are always done relatively quick and maintenance responds to requests within a few days.

Has been months since the hallways and common areas were cleaned. Used to see someone every couple of weeks or so. Had to go back to getting quarters for laundry as the app was stopped. Have money in the application still that I can't use. Threaten to tow people that don't move their cars after a storm, then don't. Screws up parking for those of us that follow the rules.

Maintenance has come twice to access my apartment without any notice in advance, have yet to hear back from my landlord about this. Neighbors are friendly, location is great, off street parking is great. Trash/recycling included in rent, sometimes the dumpster is overflowing but they do a good job of emptying it regularly. Some neighbors smoke and throw a bunch of civarette butts in my personal garden space.
