Overall, we enjoy living here. We have had a lot of maintenance issues, which could have been addressed with an easy maintenance checklist done by you before we moved in. That being said, the maintenance guys have always been very prompt and professional.

I have lived in Redfern Apartment at Lancaster street for about four (4) months and It's a great place to be. I love the serene environment and calm neighborhood. The facility was very clean and neat at the time we moved in at affordable prices. The staff are also prompt to respond to our needs. I will recommend Redfern properties to anyone at any time!

I have had a great experience in this apartment. Having an in unit washer dryer is great, and having redfern take care of trash and maintenance is SO helpful. The heat pumps work great too. Great apartment for younger folks looking for roommates and a reasonable rent, or for a couple//family who has a bit more budget and is looking for ample space.
