I've lived here since June of 2020. The staff is helpful, courteous and professional. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Noise level is relatively low especially over night. In short, I like this place and simply can't imagine being anywhere else until I purchase my house.

I moved into the complex January 2021. My Rent was $1430 2024 Renewal $1717. Every renewal the rental fee increases. I have noticed that there are only 2 residents that have remained in the building since I moved in. All other residents in our building have not stayed past 1 year. I think those that are good tenants, remain, and pay faithfully should be granted some type of discount/reward on future renewals. Although the rent increases resident income may not increase which in some cases could present a hardship. Is resident turnover cost effective? Please be more considerate to those of us that are single income households and are consistent tenants. Thank you.

I've lived here for a while. The neighbors are friendly. The kids in the neighborhood have beautiful manners at Hunters Run apartments. Maintenance is excellent. I'm never without thanks to their wonderful timely Maintenance staff. Everything is kept in working order & they don't take long getting to you. Wonderful location. I'm close to everything.

I have been here for over 14 years and let me just say how quiet, clean and easy it has been. The rental office is extremely friendly and quick to concerns, the maintenance man is extremely nice and has a quick response time, i have never had one issue living here. It is so quiet and peaceful, no one bothers anyone, and the property management even keeps it clean on the OUTSIDE, they have people pick up the trash and they plant beautiful flowers all around. I have stayed here for so long and i will continue to stay because it has been the best living experience ive ever had in my life. I would tell anyone whos looking for peace, cleanliness, a responding friendly rental office to come here
