My experience living in Coachmans Landing has been absolutely great. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and the people are friendly. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and relaxing. I haven’t had any issues that maintenance hasn’t resolved in 24 hours or less. I would highly recommend moving to Coachmans Landing if you’re looking for a relaxing place to call home.

My experience living here has been good for the most part. Parking and Maintenance are my two biggest issues. Lot of non residents parking here. I do enjoy living here I am a retiree and it is peaceful most of the time. I have lived here for 11 years.

When I went to the leasing office I had asked for their most quiet neighborhood. Then they showed me Coachman's Landing. A small bungalow style apartment complex with four units to a building and surrounded by a thick tree line. All the units have been updated and they are very spacious. As soon as you pull in to this complex from the main road, you can just feel like you're home, away from all the crazy traffic and drivers they you have to put up with to get there all disappear. The management is really great to work with and even if you put in a non-emergency maintenance ticket they show up the next day. The neighbors are friendly, young working professional families, There is a fire station, child day care, and a church directly across the street and a great little place to grab a bite half a block away to easily walk on the brand new sidewalk. It really is a great place to come and stay for a short or a long while, whatever your housing needs are. You would be hard pressed to find a better spot to rest for a bit.

I have lived in this community for ten years. My complex is small and quiet and parking is reasonable. It would be nice if each unit had one assigned parking space. In regards to amenities, to my knowledge there are none. No pool, fitness center or computer room. The pool and computer room are not a major concern to me, but it would be nice to have access to a fitness center. Maybe allow residents shared access to other properties fitness centers or set-up a small scale fitness center onsite.
