Everything has been great so far. The only issue is water sitting in the ceiling over my shower but that should be a easy fix

Decent Property

Complex has seen better days. Management has turned over a few times in the last couple years and not all staff was friendly and approachable. Current group is not bad at all. Maintainence crew is also in a better place now. Overall the value is not quite there with the current market rate, but what can you do?

The location is not far from the WMATA ( subway ) and the one bedroom apartment is good to live in. Just me Love this

No Other Choice

This is a location not worth the money they're asking. If there are renovated units I've never seen one because it said newly renovated when I moved in in 2022. Maintenance tickets are made and closed with no work being done. They charge pest control monthly but you have to request to have your unit put on the list. Why if I'm paying a monthly fee it should be done automatically during the month. When units are put out they put the trash in the bins which takes from your putting your own trash in so everything ends up on the ground and cats and what ever else tears it about and it's everywhere until trash is picked up, which happens once a week with only 8 yo 10 bins throughout the property. This place is a Have No other Option, the only positive is you have your own washer/dryer if you get a newly refurbished one and the wood floors if you have nice ones, other than that keep looking.
