Why Renters Love It Here
Becoming unlivable place.
Mulching company next to the building starts its noisy equipment around 4-5am. It will certainly be your wake up call. Purple line project(heavy machinery )going on next to the building. Extremely noisy water pipes will wake you up every time someone uses the bathroom or the kitchen. Be ready to get high from a heavy marijuana users all over the building.
Great value and community
I have lived here for three years now and the staff is just wonderful. The staff is very professional, maintenance in on top of everything, and the value of the service has not wavered. The community is curious and respectful. I would highly recommend living here.
A nice place
Good place to live! The staff is great, the complex is well maintained.
Claridge House
Claridge House is a nice place to live. The staff is super friendly and they always go above and beyond to make it a great environment for renters. Parking could be better, but I am usually able to find a spot, so it's not a big issue. The apartment complex is usually pretty quiet. There's been more noise lately, but it is due to the construction and renovations going on, so it's temporary. I've been living here for almost two years now and I would say overall I like it here, and I'm happy to call this place home.
good overall
Love the staff and the maintnance team, parking Is usually good, specially before all the improvments when the whole parking lot was open it was never an issue to find parking. Value is pretty good. Only issues would be the noise sometimes in the morinings as the construction work is going on
