Evrything great but ammenities. Community and exercise can’t easily be used and has broken gym equipment.

I've lived here several years and is definitely an apartment home. Southern Mgmt keeps the building and the grounds in great condition. They are always improving something and they listen to you. I highly recommend The Claridge House.

Mulching company next to the building starts its noisy equipment around 4-5am. It will certainly be your wake up call. Purple line project(heavy machinery )going on next to the building. Extremely noisy water pipes will wake you up every time someone uses the bathroom or the kitchen. Be ready to get high from a heavy marijuana users all over the building.
