The chateau

The location is ideal. It’s right at 495 East and West and Baltimore 20 minutes from Tysons 20 minutes from Columbia 20 minutes from Laurel 20 minutes from Prince Georges county.

Lease

Hi, to be honest with you guys The Chateau have change a lot. Nothing is going right we have to wait for more than 10 minutes for elevator, trash in the hallway by tenants, no good communication when the want to cut water. I sm wuestionning this new management it’s so bad.
