If you are allergic to cigarette smoke look elsewhere as they don't evict them. This property is owned by a Real Estate Investment Trust, hence profit over people prevails.

Time has flown by! I've been living here for 10 months now and I've been loving everything provided. The hallways and grounds are well kept with daily cleanings by the staff. While the cost parking is a "high" for the area, it makes up for it that there is plenty spaces and private parking at that (no public access). Not to mention, that it being enclosed, you do not have to deal with weather such as the winter colds or summer heats when going to your car. (no waiting for your car to heat up/cool down!!) If you have an electric vehicle, there are multiple charging stations on both floors. The apartments themselves are what you'd expect from modern build apartments, worth mentioning that the noise dampening is decent (or is it just me). My apartment faces the Metro tracks and while i do hear the trains buzz by, I personally do not mind it. Open the window if you want to hear how loud it actually is. The main road (355) causes more noise with the police/firetruck sirens and loud exhausts (yes you can hear those above you and neighbors if they play loud music). Again, I do not mind as it doesn't wake me up at night or disturb my peace. I do not hear the neighbors or anyone above me either. The staff will host events here and there which are fun to attend. Amenities such as the (heated) pool are fantastic and the club rooms/roof top are also great to use. Metro is right next door if you need to commute. Wegman's is just an elevator ride away for groceries, within walking distance of many restaurants, 1 mile down the street from Pike and Rose. Overall The Milton really set the bar high for me on expectations when renting from an establishment. Sort of cursed myself knowing that it wont be easy for other places to impress me.
