Dogs allowed. Congressional Towers welcomes dogs with breed restrictions. We also welcome Emotional Support Animals and Service Dogs. Congressional has partnered with the Pet Screening Company. They provide hassle-free compliance services with your pet's records, vaccinations, screening of Service & Emotional Support animals, insurance, fees, etc. Every resident will be asked to fill out a profile and follow the prompts. If you don't have a pet, click the verification button for the pet policy. Dogs and caged animals are welcome. The dog must be of a gentle disposition. Cats, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, wolf-hybrids and any other vicious dog breeds are strictly prohibited. In addition, fish tanks over twenty (20) gallons, rats, birds, mice, reptiles, ferrets, and exotic animals are strictly prohibited.
