To sum it up in as little words as possible I’ve been accommodated and taken care of to my liking and have no complaints. I’m enjoying my stay so far very much. I really appreciate the patience & help Dislaynet Santana has given me on my journey to renting my new home. I mean she is great, and I mean absolute wonderful. Thank you. 5 stars across the board. I’m happy with my place.

So far its a nice place to live, just need some improvement in their laundry machines.

I have been here for just a few months but my experience has been wonderful. First, the staff is great! They are friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating for most things. The thing I've been most impressed with however is maintenance. They are responsive, dependable, friendly, and they fix issues correctly the first time. I am very happy living here.

Ms. Arlett is the best!!! Property clean. No roaches, no mice laundry machines always available. No break in cars nor apartments. Very low crime area. VERY VERY Quiet. If you plan to move here, please be quiet. We are working and don't need your noise or your drama, or your loud music. We don't want your smoke, your loud noise, your stomping around above our heads or your loud talking. We don't want your loud parties and your disrespect. We like it QUIET and clean. That is why we moved here. We have no dog droppings, no dogs barking. If you exhibit any of the above, this is NOT the place for you. We don't want you smoking... on our peaceful, quiet, community. We don't want to come home and smell your "smoke." We have no rats, no mice, no roaches. Our community is clean and peaceful. We'd like to keep it that way. We have no break ins. Our cars are safe. Our homes are safe.

I have live here for 3+ years. Ms. Arlett, property manager is great and very understanding. Our main office is in the New Carrollton Apartments. Ms. Arlett is great. She fix things when you report they are broken. No waiting for weeks and months. When I moved here, I wanted a screen door and Ms. Arlett made sure I had one. She is very easy to talk with and very understanding. I needed an extension on my move out date and she was more than willing to assist. I am not under pressure to move out. No mice, no roaches, and VERY QUIET, just a lot of squirrels on the outside. Apartments size are great. Townhouse apartments very reasonable rates. The walls are weak. I can hear people above my head. Some of the tenants smoke... and you can smell it in your apartment. Not the management's fault. Just people's choices in life. The pool is great. Always clean, free of bugs. Looks like glass. Parking can be difficult at times, if you want to park near your home, however, you can always find parking in the complex. This complex is VERY VERY Quiet. Sometimes the people above my head blast loud music which comes through the walls. That is because they chose to be disrespectful and unconcerning about people who have to work. Report the noise to management and they will send the offenders a notice. Rent: Ms. Arlett will work with you on the rent especially if you have never caused a problem and you pay your rent every month ON TIME!!! If you are a tenant they want to keep, like myself, rent will ALWAYS be reasonable. There is ALWAYS a waiting list because the apartments are well kept. The grounds are ALWAYS CLEAN. I simply love this place. Cars are never broken into. Apartments are never broken into. I recommend this place without hesitation. Ms. Arlett, the property manager is the BEST!!! Laundry: ALWAYS available. Outside contractor. A machine or 2 may be down but 6+ are working. Report problem to contractor, machine will be fixed.
