A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for each pet, 2 pets maximum. Pet rent is $50/month. I have been here for 6-7 months, my experience thus far has been wonderful. The minor issues I've had has been resolved in a timely manner. The staff has been so helpful and kind and courteous. My apartment is gorgeous. I;m very happy I chose Courts of Avalon.
