Price is the best in this area. One Parking spot per unit is not enough.

I dont recommend moving here under current management. There’s trash everywhere. Theres a huge black mold issue that management can’t resolve. People are smoking in their units causing additional health concerns. Parking is hit or miss as people and contractors will frequently park in your payed parking space. They loe abour the amenities. Theres no sparlking pool or state of the art fitness center. The pool is filled with debris and always closed and thr fitness center is small wirh broken equipment. The only positive about this complex is the location. They also embrace rasicm within the community instead of fighting against it.

Overall the property is nice. The parking can be better. You czn hear people walking overtop of you. That has broken my sleep plenty of times. I have had a leak since i have been here. The workout room needs up to date equipment. The property isnt cleaned daily.
