Great Community

Parking is sometimes a hassle, wish there were more amenities like a pool or work out room, but the price and location are great

Some improvements needed

It’s a nice place that requires some form of security because we be getting intruders within the building stairway. Kids from other neighborhood be using the building for their weeds smoking & hanging out spot

High demands from this property &in return you get so little

Look around first, and only come here if you have no other option. For such high demands you'd expect to be given good quality (everything) back as a tenant. That is not the case. Be ready for the high yearly rent increases and the fact that there is not enough parking spaces available in this complex and none are reserved for any unit. Laundry room washer/dryer are not so great. Dryer has actually burned my clothes a couple of times at normal drying level. The location is reasonable.

Bad quality all over!

Never any parking available. Buildings reek all the time because there's always trash on floor and stairs for weeks and months to come. You pay too much for what you get as a resident. I must say the staff is very nice tho.
