Finian's Court Apartments

I love it here. But i recently just moved here.

Never seen my manager on seat. Don't know who to complain to

I like the location; I think it's a little odd to have people with kids over me with wooden floors. Also maintenace could have a better response time.

I have lived in the Finians Court complex since 1976, with the freedom of moving to different units within the complex to accommodate my lifestyle changes. The community in which the Finians Court is situated has and continues to provide the best retail and consumer-friendly advantages, including the close proximity of the beginning of the New Carrollton Metro Station. NOVO Properties make stellar efforts to keep the property maintained and clean, and is prompt and efficient in responding to resident needs and emergencies. If this were not the case, I would not still be living at Finians Court with high praises for its Residential Managers and its Residential Building Engineers. I would highly recommend Finians Court as a great place for singles and families who value a small, quiet, friendly, and beautiful place to live~!

Nice environment but the maintenance doesn’t seem to figure out what is meant to be fixed in the apartment kept calling on the same thing to be re fixed and also it is so hard to speak to someone at the office calling several times and no reply and no answering calls.

Maintenance is so so bad. for them to come in your apartment to fix something, you have to call, complain, for someone to come. They even lie about fixing stuff. I called so many about things that need to be fixed in my apartment, I just gave up, things that needed to be done since I moved in. I am still there because I have to finish with school. I don't have time to look for an apartment, if not....
