The staff are great and friendly! Very helpful and understanding. They are always doing things for the community and bringing us neighbors together. I enjoy the pool parties and movie night! I look forward to more fun times with the community!

I HAVE LIVE IN CHESTNUT RIDGE FOR ABOUT 11 YRS AND YES I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO MY FRIENDS/FAMILY AND OFFICE IS GREAT AS WELL AS MAINTENCE I LOVE HOW THE PARKING IS FOR TH E TENANTS

It have been a pleasure to live here at lotus Square. The management team Ms Smith and Ms Morton have been awesome in assisting me with my needs here. When I have any concerns they are addressed promptly. I love it here so much I just had my cousin apply that was looking for a two bedroom.

Staff is great, Selena and Tara want nothing but the best for our community. They work hard to make sure all tenants needs are taken care! If something needs to be fix, the maintenance team usually comes the same day to fix it. If it's something that can't be fix that day, they always gets it done with in a day or two! Selena and Tara always try to plan special events for the community. I can honestly say the staff makes living here more enjoyable.
